Returns & Exchanges

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused and in its original packaging (sealed if applicable). You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at sawsan@tinyeast.com. Please note that returns will need to be sent to the following address: 329 Avenue 36, Block 540, Diraz, Bahrain. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Shipping costs must be borne by the customer unless the item is damaged or the incorrect item (i.e. not the item selected by the customer at checkout). In the event of a damaged or incorrect item, Tiny East shall bear the shipping cost.

Once the item is received and inspected a full refund will be issued.

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can assist you further. Just drop us an email with a photo of the item in or near its packaging.

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have and, once the return is accepted, complete a separate purchase for the new item.

You can cancel an order within 48 hours of payment by emailing sawsan@tinyeast.com. Any orders cancelled after this period will have to go through the returns process by shipping or sending the item back to us.

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
